and 12" which had been held on reconsideration (page 1259) was

"An Act relating to errors in surveys of land and amending Alaska              
Rules of Civil Procedure 4 and 12" pass the Senate?"  The roll was

and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 79(CRA) passed the Senate on                    
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote                
on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the Court Rule            
changes.  Senator Adams objected, then withdrew his objection.                 
There being no further objections, the Court Rule changes were                 
adopted and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
